Very annoying exchange/return process

If you don’t get the right size, their exchange policy is a nightmare. You can’t actually just exchange an item, you have to pay for shipping to send back and then pay again to get it sent to you, and they don’t just do an exchange for a different size, you have to repurchase the whole item and pay shipping twice. They need to update these policies!
