Returns Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your new Leelo as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item(s) within our return window and a store credit will be issued for all eligible returns. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
Returns Summary
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
All approved returns are issued as store credit. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
Refunds are only issued for confirmed manufacturing faults.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and packaging intact, and returned clean and free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, perfumes, odours, pet hair, lint, or fluff.
Items returned in unsuitable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost or donated on your behalf. Clearance items, socks, hats, and gift cards cannot be returned.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item isn’t quite right, you may return it for store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase or exchange.
Refunds are only issued for items confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, defect, or damage that occurred prior to delivery. All items will be assessed by our team to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing fault.
Please note that issues resulting from normal wear, misuse, washing, improper care, or general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
• Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, fake tan, lint, pet hair, or odours
• Neatly folded and returned in the condition they were received
Try-On Care
We kindly ask that items are tried on with care.
Please avoid contact with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, body lotions, or other cosmetic products when trying on garments, as marked items cannot be accepted for return.
For best results, we recommend trying on garments before applying makeup, fake tan, or cosmetic products.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and must not show signs of being worn for activity, exercise, or extended wear.
Ineligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if an item requires more than one cleaning attempt to restore it to a saleable condition.
This includes items that:
• Show visible signs of wear or washing
• Have staining (including makeup, fake tan, or cosmetic products)
• Have strong odours (such as perfume, smoke, or sweat)
• Contain excessive pet hair, lint, or fluff
If a return is deemed ineligible, the return will not be accepted and store credit will not be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand this returns policy before making a purchase.
Leelo Active reserves the right to decline any returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
If Your Return Is Not Accepted
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, you will be notified via email.
You will have 7 business days to let us know whether you would prefer:
• The item returned to you at your cost, or
• The item donated on your behalf
If we do not hear from you within 7 business days, the item will be donated.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest quality standards for all LEELO customers.
How to Start a Return
Print and complete the Returns Form, or include your order number and item details inside the package if you don’t have a printer.
Drop your return off at your local post office. We recommend using tracked shipping.

During peak periods (including after Black Friday), please allow an additional 2–4 business days for store credits to be processed once your return has been marked as delivered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as store credit.
Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order for your preferred item.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage.
Lost returns: Leelo Active is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your tracking details.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Orders placed using a discount code, ambassador code, automatic promotion (including bundle offers), or sale pricing are still eligible for return provided they meet our return requirements.
Returns from these orders will be issued as store credit only.
The store credit will be issued for the exact amount paid at the time of purchase, after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Store credit will not reflect the original full retail value of the item.
Discount codes cannot be reissued once used.
Black Friday & Clearance Items
Items discounted 30% or less may still be returned for store credit if they meet our return requirements.
Items discounted over 30% are considered clearance items and are final sale.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:
Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days.
If confirmed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, you will receive a replacement or refund, and we will cover return shipping.
After 30 days, faults are considered wear and tear and cannot be returned.
Crease lines from folding during transit are normal and will disappear after washing or steaming.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Socks
• Hats
• Clearance items
Clearance items purchased from the sale section of our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
