Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We ship worldwide via AUSTRALIA POST, DHL ECOMMERCE and DHL EXPRESS, offering standard and express post options. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen (on desktop) or in the sidebar (on the app). Reference the table below for shipping times, inclusions of duties and taxes and returns fees per country. 

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Orders received prior to 1.30pm AEST will be dispatched the same day except Mondays and during high peak periods such Christmas and sitewide sales. (unless order contains pre-order items, then please refer to the shipping date in the product description)

Delivery timeframes below are after dispatch from the warehouse, not from the purchase date.

All timeframes are an estimate only and can vary depending on the country and during peak seasons such as Christmas and sale periods. Each country has their own individual import processes and protocols that may affect arrival timeframes.

TRACKING NUMBER

All orders are tracked and customers will receive an email confirming the tracking number once order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard shipping is $9.99 or free for orders over $150.
  • Delivery time 3-6 business days

Express Shipping within Australia:

  • Express shipping is $14.99 
  • Delivery time 1-3 business days

    Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to promotional and sale periods.


    IMPORT TAXES/DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

    For orders going to Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes. 

    For USA, Canada, Taiwan, Korea (South) and all other countries, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
