Returns Policy
We're confident that you'll love your new Leelo as much as we do!
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return for store credit, which can be used to exchange your item. Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items, or if the items were purchased at full price (no discount code was used).
Please note: Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. These orders may still be returned for store credit if they meet the return requirements below.
Black Friday Items
- Items Discounted 30% or Less: These items may still be returned for store credit.

Clearance Items (Discounts Over 30%): These are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our store policy before purchasing.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
✔ Unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging
✔ Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, lint, pet hair, or odours
✔ Neatly folded and in original condition
Ineligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted if an item requires more than one cleaning attempt to restore it to a saleable condition.
This includes items that:
• Show visible signs of wear or washing
• Have heavy staining (including makeup or fake tan)
• Have strong odours (such as perfume or smoke)
• Contain pet hair
If a return is deemed ineligible, a refund or store credit will not be issued.
If your return is not accepted
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, you will be notified via email.
You will have 7 business days to let us know whether you would prefer:
• The item returned to you at your cost, or
• The item donated on your behalf
If we do not hear from you within 7 business days, the item will be donated.

How to Start a Return
By continuing to the returns form, you confirm that you have read and understood our policy and agree to follow these guidelines. Please respect our team and the return process.

Print and complete the [Returns Form](or include your order number and item details inside the package if you don’t have a printer).

Drop your return off at your local post office – we recommend using tracked shipping.

During peak periods (including after Black Friday), please allow an additional 2–4 business days for store credits to be processed once your return has been marked as delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as store credit. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order for your desired item.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return postage.

Lost Returns: Leelo Active is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. Please keep your tracking details.
Faulty Items
Check your order when it arrives! If it’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@leeloactive.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

Faulty items must be returned within 30 days.

If confirmed faulty, you’ll receive a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping.

After 30 days, faults are considered wear and tear and cannot be returned.
Not sure if your item is faulty?
Crease lines from folding during transit are normal and will disappear after washing or steaming.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty, damaged, or purchased at full price with no discount code applied.
Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are not eligible for a refund. These orders may still be returned for store credit if they meet the return requirements above.
If an item doesn’t fit or you change your mind, we offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credits are emailed once the return is approved. Please allow 3–4 business days for processing after your return is received at our warehouse (check your junk mail!).
Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items
Clearance Items: All clearance items (purchased from the sale section of our website) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out to our team!
