We are sure you will love your LEELO. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date.
Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging (this includes dust bags and clear packaging)
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant etc)
- The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date
- The item was not purchased in a sale
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days processing time for our team to contact you via email
- Sale items are not eligible for returns
- We do not offer refunds on non faulty items
- We cannot offer direct exchanges
- All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, when a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.
