If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, when a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

RETURN TO SENDER
If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 14 days (10 business days) your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like to receive a refund on an order which has been returned to sender, the refund will be less the shipping costs incurred (to & from). If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a payment of $7.50 (standard) or $10.00 Express :)
