RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will love your Leelo activewear as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date. Please note we will also provide a cash refund if the customer messages us prior to making a purchase - this way we can ensure you are getting the exact product & perfect fit.

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements MUST be met;

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging.
  • no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant etc)
  • does not have any fluff, pet hair and must be free of odour
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 30 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased on sale

IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE NOTE:

      • Once your return is received, please allow up to 2-3 business days processing time for our team to process your request
      • Sale items are not eligible for returns 
      • We do not offer refunds on non faulty items (unless you have messaged us prior to purchase)
      • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
      • We do not offer direct exchanges. Our Team will issue you a store credit, and once your return has been received, you can then place an order for your exchange items with your store credit.
      • If you are wanting to use your store credit for an exchange of size, we will issue your store credit at the same value of the product you are wanting to place your exchange order for. 

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchase from our sale section, items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY Sales, and our BOXING DAY Sales.
  • If you have purchased using a discount code, your item is still eligible for returns - as long as you have met all our other returns requirements.

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, when a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

 

HOW TO START MY RETURN:

1. Please download and complete above returns form.

2. If all requirements on your returns form have been met, you can post your return back. Please make sure to include your returns form. (Returns address located on form).

3. You do not need to email us for permission to return your item. If all returns requirements have been met, feel free to post your return back to us.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING FOR YOUR RETURNS PARCEL - If your returns package goes missing, this is the fault of the postal service and we will not be held responsible. In the case of your return parcel going missing, we will not be required to provide you with a store credit or exchange. 

RETURN TO SENDER

If you forget to collect your parcel from the post office within 14 days (10 business days) your parcel will be returned to sender. If you would like to receive a refund on an order which has been returned to sender, the refund will be less the shipping costs incurred (to & from). If you would like the order to be sent back to you, we will require a payment of $7.95 (standard) or $10.00 Express.
