I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service I received. The items were of unacceptable quality, and when I reached out for assistance, I was met with generic, impersonal responses that failed to address my concerns.

The customer service team did not provide any meaningful resolution, nor did they take responsibility under Australian Consumer Law, which protects customers when products are faulty or of poor quality. Instead, they hid behind a rigid return policy, ignoring their legal obligations and offered a store credit. No one wants a store credit from a store where they returned everything because of quality.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business and I would not recommend purchasing from Leelo unless you’re prepared for poor quality and dismissive service.

The sculpt leggings are the best fit I have found. They sit snugly on the waist but do not cut in, they are designed to move with the body. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing beats the quality of this material! So smooth and sleek and stay perfectly in place. True to size aswell.
